When Justin Bieber showed up onstage at Taylor Swift‘s August 23 show for a surprise duet rendition of his hit ‘Baby,’ their impromptu collaboration made the concert memory of a lifetime for several thousand concertgoers and set news feeds abuzz for the rest of the week.

And as it turns out, that might not be the last we hear from the young megastar duo.

Producer Kuk Harrell, whose list of credits includes work for Beyonce and Rihanna, broke the news via Twitter, telling followers, “Wow!! Got to see @justinbieber & @taylorswift13 write a song together last night!! SMASH!!!! SMASH!!! SMASH!!! Let’s do it again Yall!!!”

Bieber, for his part, has remained coy so far, merely tweeting “#writing” and “In the studio with @kukharrell !!!! makin hits.” He later reminded followers that he’s working on his upcoming Christmas album. There’s no word on whether the Bieber/Swift collaboration was written for that project, his next collection of original material, or a different release.
