Singer Cheryl Cole has reportedly joined the judges' panel on Fox's upcoming reality-competition series 'The X Factor,' premiering this fall. So says fellow judge L.A. Reid, anyway, who during a recent interview revealed, "We're gonna compete against American Idol just fine. I'm very confident.
