When I think about vintage America I think about lemonade, white picket fences, Radio Flyers, and big hair. I forget how even in those seemingly pristine times, people got arrested for doing stupid stuff. This is a history lesson I would have payed more attention to in high school! According to the LA Times, Mel Gibson swung by an LAPD precinct last night to be fingerpinted and have his mugshot taken after last week's no contest plea to the charges of battery pressed by ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. Mel's new movie, man-puppet love story "The Beaver" premiered at the South by Southwest film festival in Austin the same day. Costar Jodie Foster was on hand, but Gi
