This weekend at Headwaters Country Jam, we want you to have a lot of fun, enjoy great music, and make a lot of unforgettable memories. It's also important to make responsible decisions when it comes to consuming alcohol. In the past, there have been accidents involving people leaving Headwaters Country Jam that resulted from drinking and driving.

To ensure the safety of all those attending Headwaters Country Jam, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office will be setting up DUI checkpoints at all exits at Headwaters Country Jam each night. All drivers leaving Headwaters Country Jam will be required to take a breathalyzer test before hitting the road. This is a precautionary step taken by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office to ensure the safety to all attending Headwaters Country Jam.

In addition to reminding concert-goers to drink responsibly, law enforcement is also asking people attending Headwaters Country Jam to stay off of Williams Bridge and use extreme caution when around rivers of streams due to high water levels. Recent storms have caused water levels to rise, and river use can be extremely dangerous.
