She worked at the same place for 10 years and was in the middle of her second pregnancy when she was fired. Why? She took too many bathroom  breaks and didn't clock out each time. Her boss claims she was stealing from the company. 

Dawn is the mother-to-be of a second child. While working for the same company and pregnant with her first child, she discovered that she needed to take more frequent bathroom breaks. As with most pregnancies, that's the case. When asked if she should "clock out" each time, Dawn's boss told her not to worry about it. Now, during the second pregnancy, he's not so forgiving. Dawn's boss is claiming that Dawn is stealing from the company because she is being paid to use the restroom.

Forming an opinion about this whole situation is very simple. I've got about 10 in my head right now. The rest of the story is HERE.

Let's look at it from a black and white point of view. Technically, was she stealing from the company to the point where this manager would have grounds for letting her go?
