Philadelphia Policeman Punches The Wrong Woman In Face At Puerto Rican Day Parade [Video]

Philadelphia's annual Puerto Rican Day parade was this weekend. The Philly police where there to keep an eye on everyone, but when someone throws water at them one officer turns around and lays a brutal punch onto the first person he sees. Too bad it's not the right person. Even if the lady did throw water on the officers this seems way out of line, but her being the wrong person it's even worse. I understand stopping trouble before it starts, but wow. You have to watch the video and see for yourself.
