Waking up five minutes before your alarm goes off? Great. Waking up 90 years ahead of the end of your planned space-hibernation, and finding everyone else is still asleep? Not so good.

In Passengers, the trailer for which premiered this morning (September 20), Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt play two adventurers who've joined an expedition to an alternate reach of the galaxy. The plan was to first lull into sleep for 120 years and wake up in a new cosmos, but J. Law's and Pratt's snooze-machines malfunction. And so, they're left — just the two of them — alone in a giant space station that's basically headed for disaster. But sexy disaster!

In the clip above, the stars split time trying to reroute the vessel from flying into a star (harrowing!) and also getting down and dirty among stardust. Sounds kind of fun, if you ask us, but Lawrence told The Hollywood Reporter in November 2015 that the prospect of a sex scene with Pratt unnerved her to the point of seeking liquid courage. It was her first.

"I got really, really drunk," she said. "But then that led to more anxiety when I got home because I was like, 'What have I done? I don't know.' And he was married. And it was going to be my first time kissing a married man, and guilt is the worst feeling in your stomach. And I knew it was my job, but I couldn't tell my stomach that. So I called my mom, and I was like, 'Will you just tell me it's okay?' It was just very vulnerable."

Check out the clip, tell us if you're into the story and see Passengers in theaters on December 21.
