This was so disappointing.

I really wanted to enjoy this film. I am a huge fan of the Fantastic Four and all the people they chose for the iconic roles. Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan and Jaimie Bell. The issue is that there were problems from the start. Apparently, when they started production the budget was cut, there were massive re-shoots of scenes and the story didn't really make sense. I saw the film last night, and I thought it was the best of the three films so far, but that's not even saying much.

One of the biggest issues is the story trying to say that all these actors, that are in their late 20s to early 30s as 19- and 20-year-olds. Then the pacing of the film was off. It would be slow and then super fast with no explanation. The biggest problem, though, I had with the film was the villain. Tony Kebbell is a great actor, but I think this movie totally ruined one of the best villains in the whole Marvel Universe with Doctor Doom. It was terrible. I am going to put the trailer for the film below but big warning. Ninety percent of the trailer footage isn't even in the film. This is ridiculous. What happened to this film?

Review: 1/5.  Rental at its best. It can't get much worse, can it?
