Museum Of The Rockies ‘Frog Exhibit’ With Ashley
Yesterday, I was so thrilled to hit up the Museum of the Rockies not only because our museum is the best, well one of the best, but I was excited to see what all the noise was about the frog exhibit. I went with my roommate and a friends with his two little kids. You have to bring kids to the museum and by kids I am talking about my roommate:) Not really but on a serious note when I got there I thought the whole town was there I ran into at least 5 people I knew and had just passed Chadwick in his car which today I found out he was just leaving the exhibit himself. So it was quit the day at the museum.
The frogs were so neat. There were huge bull-frogs those were my roommates favorite. There were frogs that I swear they make cartoon characters from. Their faces were so animated and human like. They also had the poisonous dart frogs which by far were my favorite. They had the neatest coloring and just one encounter, one touch with their skin you would be poisoned. They hunt with these frogs poison hence the name poisonous dart frogs. The hunters put a dab of their poison on the end of there darts and use it to kill animals like monkeys. It was just a really neat exhibit and for all ages. I not sure who had more fun the kids or the adults. If you get a chance head over to the exhibit it will be running until September 5th. I really recommend it. Who doesn't love themselves some silly frogs:)
