Mos Def Breaks Down in Tears After Guantanamo Bay Force-Feeding Procedure [VIDEO]

Yasiin Bey, better known as Mos Def, is one of the strongest political voices in the rap game, but his most recent protest will make just about anyone squeamish.

Ramadan, a religious holiday where fasting is necessary, begins today and in solidarity with the dozens of political prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, Muslim leaders are asking the Obama administration to halt force-feeding at the detention center.

To bring attention to the request, Mos Def released a video of the procedure that includes being strapped into a chair and having a tube shoved down the nasal passage until it reaches the stomach.

The video is pretty graphic.

Watch the rapper take an emotional stand.
