Montana Pride 2012 – Why You Should Attend

Have you ever attended the Montana Pride events here in Bozeman? This year's event will even larger than last year. There will be everything from hikes, to discussions, to parades, to bowling and concerts. Most importantly, The whole event helps bring everyone together as a community. You probably have heard of the LGBT festivals that go on in big cities like San Francisco or New York or Seattle but what about small towns like Bozeman? D. Gregory Smith is a writer, a teacher and the director of AIDS Outreach in Bozeman and on his blog, he gives some great reasons why you should attend a rural Pride event such as the one here in Bozeman.
