News broke yesterday that Mariah Carey only eats two foods every day for every meal. I thought to myself - What two foods would I eat every day and not get sick and tired of?  I figure it out. Mariah Carey apparently only eats two things every day: Nowegian salmon and capers. I mean, that sounds pretty great but for every meal? I would go insane. Plus, there has to be some cheat days.

If I only ate two foods for the rest of my life that would be mashed potatoes and chicken.

Why mashed potatoes and chicken? Well, I love mashed potatoes for any meal. I had so many leftovers from Thanksgiving, and that's what I mostly ate. The great thing about mashed potatoes is that they are easy to make and there are a ton of different ways to make them tasty in interesting. Chicken, on the other hand, is a great protein and is healthy. Plus, chicken is a versatile food where you can make it several different ways and enjoy it.
