Carrie Underwood and Ludacris Team Up for Inspiring New Video ‘The Champion’ [WATCH]

Carrie Underwood teamed up with Ludacris to deliver the uplifting new video for their track, "The Champion."

As expected, the video, directed by Jimmy Lynch, is really all about empowerment, with clips of real-life heroes including shark attack survivor and surfer Bethany Frankel appearing next to images of women supporting the #MeToo movement.

A buff Luda stands by in the studio, as shots of Martin Luther, King Jr. Muhammad Ali and Carrie herself, auditioning for American Idol, cut through the clip. Underwood recently overcame a lot personally, receiving 40 stitches in her face after a fall in her home.

As for Luda, up next he's set to headline this year's North Carolina Azalea Festival in Wilmington on April 14 with Childish Major.
