Love on Twitter?

Ashton Kutcher has come out and said that he thinks that sharing your love on twitter and or facebook is equal to sending someone flowers in this time and age. I was surprised about this I know Ashton Kutcher is big into the social media world but I really think this is quiet the statement. He is saying that he thinks if someone is publicly putting out there love for you that it is just as romantic. I am going to have to go ahead and say I totally disagree. It bums me out that people are not as romantic as they use to be. I love getting flowers (only have a couple of times) but still little gestures like flowers are thoughtful and so appreciation. Especially with all the social networking people do giving a little love shout out is nothing and have the time the status changes the next week. I just thought this was an interesting point Ashton is trying to make and wanted to talk about it. Maybe call me a hopeless old fashion romantic bu next time you get a face book message saying "I love you" and no flowers let me know how you feel:)
