While the top 10 in Forbes’ annual list of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women didn’t include any celebrities, Lady Gaga made a strong showing at number 11, beating out media queen Oprah Winfrey, pop diva Beyonce, and Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie.

Forbes said, “Lady Gaga wears the crown of Forbes 2011 Most Powerful Celebrity. It’s a title she’s made good on both in dollar signs and massive constituency. She raked in $90 million over the past year. In July, Gaga became the first Twitter user to reach 12 million followers…[and] her Facebook page has 36 million fans.”

German Chancellor Angela Merkel took the top spot on the list overall, but we bet she can’t rock a meat dress like Mother Monster can.
