For Kylie Jenner's throngs of fans, millions of social media followers and countless Lip Kit disciples, there are some times she wishes she could recede into the background.

On last night's (August 6) Life of Kylie premiere, Jenner got candid about her conflicted relationship with fame. She noted that she's been on TV since she was nine, and said trying to keep up a persona is frequently exhausting.

“I really don’t know what it’s like to not have everyone know who I am,” she said. “Kim always said this is what she’s made for, you know, and I respect that, but it’s just hard to do normal things when every single person knows who you are....It reminds me that I’m Kylie f------ Jenner.”

Elsewhere, she told BFF Jordyn woods that she's become very aware that fame is fleeting, and that she should consider changing her relationship with celebrity.

“I just feel like this fame thing is going to come to an end sooner than we think,” she said. “I just want to run away. I just don’t know who I’m doing it for.”

“I think I lost a lot of parts of myself,” she added.
