Bozeman's Newest Bite? This Sandwich Shop Is Unique

This area of Bozeman is turning into the best stop for lunch or dinner and it's not even close.

It's always exciting when a new restaurant opens up locally. It could feature something new and exciting or something familiar. Either way, we all hope it's a fantastic place to eat.

There are pockets of places in the Bozeman area where there is a group of incredible restaurants that are side by side and offer different cuisines or options for food. Most folks think downtown or areas along 7th or 19th Avenue.

Well, a new restaurant is opening up tomorrow, March 26th, and will be nestled between some of the best restaurants in Bozeman, and we have a feeling it will be a welcome addition.

Knuckle Sandwiches is set to open tomorrow, and it's been a long time coming.

Knuckle Sandwiches is owned and operated by the same folks who run Low Brow Burgers, and this has been a plan in the making for years.

Knuckle Sandwiches will be between Low Brow Burgers and Taco Montes on College Avenue.

If you aren't feeling a sandwich, you can also get delicious gumbo, and salads will get added to the menu soon. Knuckle Sandwiches started as a food truck and was a massive hit with locals. Folks have been clamoring for their return.
