Bozeman's own Eagle Mount has been chosen by United Airlines as one of 38 non-profits to participate in 10 Million Charity Miles! This program is United Airlines way of giving back to charities that can use airline miles to help facilitate their mission, and you can help by voting for them.

10 million airline miles, that can be used for airline flights, will be dispersed amongst the 38 charities on the voting website. How many miles each group gets is based on how many votes they receive. Obviously, the more the better! Eagle Mount's Heather Collins explained to me that Eagle Mount plans to use these airline miles to fly ailing kids who have been diagnosed with a terminal disease to Bozeman and take them on outdoor adventures. These children spend the majority of their time in hospital beds getting treatment for their disease and not much time...just being a kid. And that is where Eagle Mount helps out.

"Eagle Mount Bozeman is committed to provide quality therapeutic recreational opportunities for people with disabilities and young people with cancer, and to provide support for families of participants so that “they shall mount up with wings as eagles.” (Isaiah 40:31)" That is the Eagle Mount mission statement. By taking a quick second to vote for Eagle Mount you will be helping them achieve their mission and goals for 2013. There is nothing you will need to fill out or email address to enter. Just click here and then click Eagle Mount and you're done.

Thank you for voting and thank you to Eagle Mount for doing great work in the Bozeman community!
