The Simpsons have come a long way from once being considered one of the worst cartoons on television, adult content wise. I remember my mom making my brother and I turn the TV off as soon as she heard the theme song. Nowadays, parents have many more cartoons to worry about like Family Guy,  South Park, and Archer just to name a few. But let's look back on to how we got to where we are today with the complete catalog of Itchy and Scratchy cartoons.

I love the idea of a cartoon within a cartoon. It's almost as if you're watching it with Bart as you laugh along to the tremendously gruesome and inventive deaths of Scratchy.
