According to Business Insider, McDonald's is reportedly set to unveil a new addition to their breakfast menu.

The new item is said to be Donut Sticks, which will apparently be offered for a limited time in quantities of either six or twelve, and will only be available during breakfast hours.

McDonald's has been making changes to their menu in recent years and now it looks like the fast-food giant may have a bit of a sweet tooth.

A leaked memo claims McDonald's is going to roll out the treats next month.

The new morning-time treats are being described as "deep fried until golden brown and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar." The description goes on to state that they are "light and crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside."

In 2017, Dunkin' began testing Donut Fries for a limited time. That item was a success and the company still offers them at participating locations.
