Well hello there. My name is Missy O'Malley and I am the evening jock on Bozeman's KISS FM from 6pm-10pm Monday-Saturdays. Laying down all of today's hottest music, the local happenings, sick remixes, ridiculous jokes, interesting and though provoking conversations and everything in between.

I come from the booming metropolis of Bismarck, North Dakota, number 4 of 6 kids. Good ol' Irish family! My mom is from Brooklyn and Long Island, NY and my pop, a farm kid from Fergus Falls, MN. So naturally, I fall somewhere in between these personalities. I grew up on classics, motown, oldies, rock. My older bro was a Dead Head, my oldest sis- A PUNK ROCKER! NOFX, The CLASH, Rancid, the MISFITS, all that good stuff. I was super involved with school activities, never the star of the sports team but always gave it a go. My family would come out to Bozeman every Christmas for skiing adventures. When I was about 13, I discovered snowboarding which brought me back out to Bozeman in my later years. After graduation high school in 2001, I went to the University of Dayton, Ohio. I took a semester in Honolulu and a semester in southern Spain- la Universidad de Sevilla. I majored in Electronic Media and Spanish then moved out to Bozeman to be a ski bum in 2005.

I work to make money so that I can travel. I try to get international at least once a year. Most girls buy shoes, I buy plane tickets. Bozeman keeps me so happy, its easy to get around, people are friendly and the mountains! When I'm not on air, you can catch me outside, with friends, practicing yoga, practicing on my turn tables, spinning tunes downtown, hosting trivia, looking for new music, finding new jokes, working at Tarantino's Pizza, mentoring for Big Sky Youth Empowerment or rocking weddings- I am an ordained minister, master of ceremonies and DJ.

Life is good. I'm a jack of all trades, master of none- well, not quite yet. My lifetime goal is to host the Academy Awards, Grammys and take over for Ellen Degeneres when she has had enough. I love smiling and making people smile. I love dancing. I love positive people. As I end every show- STAY UP, STAY GOLDEN. Mad love, yall, MissyO
