Chris Daughtry Finds His Abs

Rocker Chris Daughtry has been so busy selling records, performing to sold out crowds and enjoying success even though he didn't win his season of 'American Idol' that he sorta let working out fall by the wayside.

Until now.

The hot, chrome-domed and tattooed musician shared a new photo of his shirtless self on Twitter and damn if he couldn't melt the polar ice caps.

The rocker captioned the shot candidly, writing: "Just left the gym! After 5 yrs of neglect, I'm PUMPED to see AB's again! Hard work and commitment is paying off!"

Oh, Daughtry, we are just as pumped to see those abs, too. Keep it up.
