Bozeman Needs a Downtown Ice Cream Shoppe
This will be the only reason I will ever be jealous of Billings.
When I was in Billings for a wedding this past Memorial Day I had a little time to spend in downtown Billings before the ceremony, so I walked around. I was in the mood for a snack/treat and I came across Big Dipper Ice Cream. This cool little ice cream shop had a ton of great flavors and options, and I ended up getting a milkshake (I love a good milkshake). After leaving, though, I instantly was bummed out.
We don't really have a place like that in downtown Bozeman. I mean there are three Big Dipper Ice Cream shops in the state (Billings, Missoula and Helena) and we don't have one. That's not saying there aren't options here in Bozeman, but the downtown area is a little limited. Maybe I should write a letter to the Big Dipper Ice Cream and ask them to open one in Bozeman. It would be a huge hit, especially downtown during Music on Main and definitely a summer treat.
