Big Sean had a phenomenal year in music, but it looks like his year is going to end on a sour note. The Detroit rhymer’s home was burglarized while he was out of town.

According to TMZ, while Sean Don was performing a gig in Dubai, thieves broke into his Hollywood Hills home in Santa Monica, Calif., and broke into his safe. The crooks made off with $150,000 worth of jewelry and unpublished music.

There’s no word if the thieves ran off with any other valuables in the home. Investigators say it was an inside job. No suspects have been caught.

If this is true, then Sean needs to keep an eye on his entourage -- somebody is not loyal, but we digress.

Despite his home being burglarized, Sean is still having a “Blessed” year. Last month, the 27-year-old rapper performed “Blessings” and “One Man Can Change the World,” from his latest album, Dark Sky Paradise, at the Detroit Lions' Thanksgiving Day football game.

Let’s hope that Big Sean gets his jewelry and music back.
