Seth Upchurch of Southern Montana is in need of a liver transplant and his family needs help from volunteers and donations to help make it happen. If you believe you can help in any way please keep reading.

Seth is the son of Ben and Tammy Howard.  Born on March 31, 2005, Seth was diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma.  The doctors at Colorado Children’s Hospital in Aurora have recommended a life-saving liver transplant.  An estimated $50,000 is being raised by Belgrade volunteers.

Volunteers are needed to assist with fundraising activities that will help with transplant-related expenses.  Individuals and groups interested in more information can visit Seth's page on COTA'S website for volunteer and donation information.

Seth’s family has asked for assistance from the Children’s Organ Transplant Association.  The organization’s priority is to assure that no child or young adult is denied a transplant or excluded from a transplant waiting list due to lack of funds.  One hundred percent of all funds raised are used for patients’ transplant-related expenses.
