Greetings from The MOOSE Morning Show! (It's hard to believe I've been around this joint for 26 years.) I'm always honored that you've spent part of your day with 94.7 The MOOSE. We try really hard every day to capture the best of the Gallatin Valley and for me, that means waking up at 4:30 am and heading downtown to our studios. After living in the Valley for 30 years, Bozeman never gets dull. Sure, it's a lot bigger than when I was in college at Montana State but it's never been 'dull'. If you ever come across something you think I should know about, don't hesitate to reach out. Could be a new band I need to hear or a new restaurant you think I should try. I'd love to hear about it. You can always call the studio at (406) 587-0951 during the MOOSE Morning Show from 6am to 10am. If you'd like to reach out via email, no problem. Just send an email HERE. I really do check my email and will address any issues you might have. Suggestions, questions and comments are always welcome. Really. -Michelle

Incredibly High Cost Of A Montana Liquor License Has Reached Crazy Levels
I won't pretend to be an expert in Montana liquor and gaming laws, but I can see that the current cost of obtaining a liquor license almost ANYWHERE in Montana has reached insane levels. Even available licenses in pretty small, un-touristy towns are highly priced. Why has this been an issue for so long around here?
5 Things To Help Prevent Breathing Dirty Wildfire Air In Montana
Montana has been surrounded by raging wildfires all summer and now we have plenty of our own to deal with. One of the most challenging aspects of these wildfires is the particulate filled smoke that they produce. It can stay localized in valleys or continuously blow into the state with the jet stream. MONTANA RECALL: Check Your Freezer For This Popular Snack That Might Be Spoiled
These easy to heat snacks might be one of the most popular in the freezers of parents with kids. However, it's crucial that you check your freezer to make sure you don't have certain bags as they were spoiled before they even hit your home. The USDA is concerned that there might still be bags in freezers across America, including Montana.
