I didn't even realize that "The Kings Speech" was such an amazing piece of cinema?!  But then I have yet to see most of the films nominated this year.  True Grit is the the movie I'm pulling for in the categories it is nominated in. The full list of nominees -

The Oscar nominations were announced this morning, and not surprisingly, The King's Speech led the pack with 12 nominations, followed by Inception with 10, and The Social Network and True Grit with 8 each.

The nominations this year seemed to be favoring a younger crowd, with stars like Natalie Portman, Jesse Eisenberg and James Franco receiving nods for the best actor categories. And here they are...
